Candidate Profile
The Energy MBA aims to bring in participants from different cultural, educational and academic backgrounds in order to ensure diversity in the class. Candidates are evaluated on their potential and also on how each applicant’s professional aspirations match up with the program curriculum offered. Candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience will benefit more from the program.
The program was designed for people who can benefit from its’ extremely actual and innovative contents, in terms of the professional path they have chosen and are able to make a lasting difference for the Energy MBA development. Our students should demonstrate leadership potential, team-player attitude, drive and strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates will have to show evidence of / to present:
- A bachelor’s degree awarded by a University or other Institution of Higher Education;
- TOEFL (IBS code 7431) or IELTS Academic test results;
- GMAT or GRE results - optional.

Importante Notice:
If your application is selected, you will have three weeks to send the following documentation and pay the first installment:
- A copy of your official bachelor’s/ master’s degree certificates of completion;
- Academic transcripts of the courses in the programs you took and the corresponding grades obtained (optional);
- TOEFL or IELTS test score report (if English is not your native language);
- GMAT or GRE score report (optional);
- Two photos.

How to reach ISCTE / IBS
By subway (Metro or Metropolitano)
Metro station (yellow line): ENTRECAMPOS and walk up the Avenida das Forças Armadas (it's a 5 minute walk to ISCTE, which is located on your right, signposted and a little recessed from the street, before the top of the hill).
By bus: (Autocarro)
Buses to ISCTE: lines 54, 701, and 732 stop at Avenida das Forças Armadas, just close to ISCTE.
